- This Laminated Orange Photo Card contains the personal details of the card holder such as name, age, address, brief medical profile of the card holder such as Blood Group, disease profile like Diabetes, Blood Pressure, Heart, Liver, Kidney diseases, Bleeding Disorders, Fits, Asthma, medications, allergies etc and details of emergency contact person and mobile no (on the back side of the card).
- This emc2 card has been designed to enable medical professionals to initiate Zero Hour Health Management protocols for unaccompanied single and travelling public, who are afflicted with sudden onset of chest pain, dizziness, paralytic attack, seizure, trauma and altered sensorium due to various medical conditions. Without this information being made available, the medical officer will be forced to order for a battery of medical tests to identify the pre-existing medical condition of the card holder, thereby leading to loss of valuable golden hour of time
- The photo and contact nos in this life saving card will be useful in identifying the holder’s identity and contact the close relative in case of the card holder found unconscious, due to a pre-existing medical condition
